House Botha - Luminous Haven: A Modern Masterpiece by Elaine Lamb

House Botha was built in Reebok, Klein Brakrivier in 2023. Here is our concept and pictures of the final built

Most houses in Reebok face the sea. Numerous houses along the street, in which this house is situated, have the garages and services spaces on the street which is the north west elevation, so bedrooms and living spaces will tend be cold most of the time.
In planning this house the layout of the habitable spaces is arranged so that the winter sun reaches the rooms when it is most desired. The garage is tucked at the back of the house away from the street so that the Client can work on his vehicles safely out of view from the street.

The Client wanted plenty of light and a feeling of space.

This properties modern look and feel was completed with the following in mind.
